On Thursday, May 14th (public holiday), we invite you to a special closing event at DIM Dining, a final moment to gather around fire and sake.
We’re skipping the formal dinner for an afternoon on the terrace full of sake and yakitori focused on the Japanese Konro grill.
For this occasion, we welcome Torisho ZEN from Osaka and Torisho SAI from Kyoto, two yakitori restaurants from Japan with Torisho SAI featured in the Michelin Guide Japan
For one day only, they travel all the way from Osaka & Kyoto to Antwerp.
The yakitori experience will be led by Karin Yakumaru (Executive Chef, Torisho ZEN), supported by Kim Seunghwan (Sous Chef, Torisho SAI), bringing their specialized craftsmanship directly from Japan.
Earlier this year, they visited Belgium to explore opportunities within the restaurant industry. Through our natural personal connection, combined with their plans to open a yakitori restaurant here, this collaboration feels like a true full-circle moment, where one chapter ends, and another begins.
The experience
Jonas is opening the DIM Dining sake cellar one last time, sharing a selection of rare sake bottles he hand-picked and brought back from Japan. A unique chance to taste these hidden finds alongside our final collaboration.

Included
- 5 yakitori bites (live grilled, served in waves)
- 1 glass of exclusive premium sake cold or warm
- Access to our final and exclusive bottle selection

A final gathering around fire and sake.
