Torisho-sai X Shinshu-Sake

On thursday May 14th , we welcome the yakitori chef Karin-san from Torisho Sai in Kyoto, a restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide and specialised in Yakitori grilled over both charcoal and wood flames in an open fire.

Earlier this year, he visited us together with his family, sharing time, ideas, and a deep mutual respect for craftsmanship. This encounter now comes full circle.

For one day only, he will be grilling yakitori live, together with Karin-san in Europe in a relaxed and intimate setting.

In collaboration with Shinshu Sake & DIM Dining we will also open DIM Dining sake cellar for one last time, offering a selection of sake by the glass and bottles available for purchase, a rare opportunity to take home part of the 10 years journey of Dim Dining

What to expect

– 5 yakitori bites, grilled live by Karin-san and his team.

– 1 glass of sake included

– Access to our final sake selection

Each session has limited capacity to preserve quality and atmosphere.

This will not be a formal dinner, but rather a moment to gather, to taste, and to welcome Karin-san an his team to Belgium.
